The Friends teamed up with The Wooden Spoon Society (who raised the money to purchase Invictus, our RS Venture Keelboat Connect) to host a fundraising dinner for the Guernsey Sailing Trust, the Guernsey Disability Alliance and Cheshire Homes. We were honoured to welcome the Paralympic Sonar Sailing Team as special guests. The team also took Invictus for her maiden voyage. It was a proud day for the Sailing Trust staff to see her sailing and realise the sailing opportunities we will be able to offer to less able people in Guernsey.
