Bookings and payment
In order to secure a place on the course of your choice we will need to have a completed booking form and full payment, either by PayPal, bank transfer, cash or cheque made payable to The Guernsey Sailing Trust LBG.
Cancellations

Should you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to the first day of the course you will lose 10% of the course fee, after this there will be no refund. Under certain circumstances the Guernsey Sailing Trust may refund part or whole of the fee should representations be made. Any cancellations must be made in writing or by email to the Trust .

Every effort will be made to see that the course you have booked will run, but the Trust reserves the right to cancel a course should they consider the conditions unsuitable. The Guernsey Sailing Trust reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a course if numbers fail to reach the minimum required. Where a course has been cancelled we will offer clients a full refund or an alternative course when- ever applicable.
Kit requirements
You will need to bring:-
- Bathers
- Towel
- Sun cream
- Hat or cap
- Appropriate clothing for the conditions
- Change of clothing
- Soft soled shoes or wet boots (not flip-flops)
- Wetsuit if you have one
(we do have a small selection to borrow)
- Seasick tablets if you are prone to seasickness.
- Packed lunch and drink if attending all day
N.B.
Whilst it is not essential that students are strong swimmers, they must be confident in the water. All students will be given a buoyancy aid or life jacket to wear.
