Adult Keelboat Sailing

We have three Hawk20 keelboats.  These are great, stable 20ft boats that can either be thought of as a small yacht or an oversized dinghy.  They are designed not to capsize and take 4 students and 1 instructor on our courses.  The boats also have a small engine and if you don’t want to capsize, then these are the boats for you!  The other benefit is that the instructor is in the boat with you all the time, so you can question them as much as you want!

During the keelboat course, we will be working through the RYA National Sailing Scheme Levels:

Level 1 – Start Sailing
Level 2 – Basic Skills
Level 3 – Better Sailing
