Beginner Dinghy Sailing (RYA Stage 1 & 2) [full days]

The Beginner Dinghy Sailing courses designed for older children to learn to sail.  Sailors will be taken, at their own pace, through the RYA Youth Scheme Stages 1 and 2.  They will have the chance to sail in boats with friends (double handed) and on their own (single handed).  They will be sailing on the sea, in our larger sailing dinghies.  Our sailing areas are Havelet Bay and the Guernsey Harbour.  We will choose the most appropriate sailing area based on the weather. For ages 10 and up, the majority of sailors on this course are between the ages of 11 and 14. If you are unsure if your child is of a suitable age please get in touch.

These courses run from 9am-4pm.
