Oppie sailing on the sea is the next progression from sailing on the pond, where skills can be fine-tuned and further progression can be made through the stages of the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme.
The boats used are upgraded versions of those used on the pond and therefore it is necessary that sailors have completed RYA stage 2 or equivalent.
The courses are three hours and run either from 9am til 12pm (am) or 1pm til 4pm (pm).
