From structured week-long sailing courses to casual drop-in sessions at the pond, there’s a perfect fit for every child or teen looking to get out on the water between July 21 and August 30.

Whether your child is brand new to sailing or already comfortable at the helm, we have a full line-up of engaging courses to meet them at their level and help them grow — all under the guidance of our qualified, friendly instructors.
🔹 Oppies on the Pond
A gentle introduction for younger sailors at the Model Yacht Pond — perfect for building early confidence and familiarity with boats in a safe, shallow setting.
🔹 Oppies on the Sea
For those ready to take the next step! Enjoy real sea sailing in our optimist dinghies, designed especially for kids.
🔹 Beginner & Improver Dinghy Courses
RYA-level instruction tailored to build skills across tacking, rigging, and safety — with lots of time to build confidence on the waves.
🔹 Day Sailing, Spinnakers & Seamanship
Advanced, hands-on sailing for those looking to level up their experience with exciting new challenges.
🔹 Multi fun Week
A jam-packed week of water-based excitement — combining sailing with team games and seaside exploration!

Want to dip a toe into sailing without committing to a full course? Join us for Saturday Summer Drop-In Sessions — just turn up and sail!
📍 Location: Model Yacht Pond, Castle Emplacement, St. Peter Port
⏰ Time: 9am–12pm
📅 Dates:
- July: 12th, 19th, 26th
- August: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
Three 1-hour sessions available each Saturday morning. It’s the perfect chance for young sailors to try it out, improve skills, or just have some sea-loving fun with friends.
