After school sailing for ages 10-16, Tuesdays, 16:00 – 18:00. Sailors are welcome to arrive early and travel straight from school to get changed and help rig the boats. All abilities welcome! Oppie sailing on the sea is the next progression from sailing on the pond, where skills can be fine-tuned and further progression can be made through the stages of the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme. For children aged 6 – 10 years old. The boats used are upgraded versions of those used on the pond and therefore it is necessary that sailors have completed RYA stage 2 or equivalent.

Improver Sailing Courses are for those already with experience sailing and a chance to hone their skills. These full day courses will take place in a range of sailing dinghies on the sea. The Improver Dinghy Sailing courses are designed for sailors with minimum experience of RYA Stage 2 or equivalent.

These days are fun filled with your chance to try activities and practice skills such as dinghy sailing, keelboat sailing, raft building, and powerboating (all weather dependent).
