At Guernsey Sailing Trust (GST), our mission is to make sailing accessible, enjoyable, and safe for everyone who steps aboard. That’s why we’re delighted to announce the generous support of Guernsey Saffery Rotary Walk, whose sponsorship has enabled us to purchase new zip-up buoyancy aids for our participants. These buoyancy aids will be used by all children who visit the GST. The zip-up design makes them much easier for children with learning difficulties to use than our current vest-style buoyancy aids. We hope this will remove one more barrier to getting children on the water!
Our principal was honoured to received the sponsorship from the Lieutenant General Sir Richard Cripwell KBE CB at Government House.
We are proud to be one of the many charities to have benefited from the 2026 Saffery Rotary Walk and a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the walk this year. And thank you to all the volunteers who help make the walk such a success!
