What a year it has been! From sunny summer sails to crisp winter breezes, 2025 was packed with fun teaching and exciting sails. We welcomed hundreds of new sailors, delivered RYA courses for all ages, and continued to make sailing accessible through our Sailability programme.
Our afterschool clubs were buzzing with energy, summer courses were fun and lively, and youth groups brought more youngsters for unforgettable experiences on the water. We even had some magical wildlife encounters — dolphins, seals, and seabirds reminding us why we love our island home.
Thank you to every sailor, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter who helped make this year so special. Your enthusiasm keeps our sails full!

End-of-Year Celebrations
We wrapped up the season with festive cheer! Our Christmas Party brought the GST family together for laughter and gratitude, and our Winter Sail was a crisp, beautiful reminder that the sea is magical all year round.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Big changes are coming! GST will be closed for a few months early in the year as our building undergoes essential improvement works. We can’t wait to welcome you back to a refreshed space and an exciting new season of sailing.
