After an incredible half-term out on the water, we’re sailing into summer with real momentum. With light winds, warm sunshine, and calm seas, it’s been picture-perfect sailing conditions; ideal for building confidence, learning new skills, and simply enjoying being afloat.

We’ve even started to see some amazing wildlife returning; puffins and seals have already made appearances, and we’re keeping a hopeful lookout for dolphins as the season progresses 🐬

This all follows on from our hugely successful Discover Sailing Open Day, where over 240 people got out on the water and 300+ came along to enjoy the day. It was a brilliant showcase of everything we offer—and now the summer programme is ready to build on that excitement.

We’re delighted that building works are nearly complete, just in time for the summer holidays. The refreshed space will support even more activity, better training facilities, and an improved experience for everyone taking part this season.
